Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

MobileZone aims to provide a safe and transparent shopping experience. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that are unused, sealed and in original condition. For mobile phones and gadgets, returns are not accepted if the device has been opened, activated or used, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

For Mobile Phones returns IMEI must not be registered, and device should not be synced to any account (Google/ Apple ID).

For approved returns due to defects or wrong delivery, shipping costs will be borne by MobileZone. For all other returns, customers must bear the shipping costs at actuals

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. After verification, a replacement will be processed.

If a device does not power on or has a functional issue out of the box, please report the same within 24 hours of delivery. Upon verification, a replacement will be arranged subject to brand policy.

Refunds

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received by MobileZone and passes a complete inspection. If the return does not meet the required conditions, the refund request will be denied.

Refund timelines may vary based on your payment method. In general refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 – 14 working days post inspection.

MobileZone will not be responsible for any data loss, SIM/Network issues, third party software or damages caused after delivery. 

In all cases, MobileZone’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the total product purchase value.  

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before the product is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Payment Mode

Cash on delivery is not available. All orders must be paid online.

Legal & Compliance:

MobileZone compiles with the Information and Technology Act 2000, Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 and applicable data protection regulations in India.

Data Security & Cookies:

We use cookies, browser storage and analytical tools to enhance website performance and personalize the shopping experience.  You have the option to disable the cookies in their browser settings, although certain website features may not function properly.

Force Majeure:

MobileZone shall not be responsible for delays, or failure in performance due to events beyond our control including natural calamities, strikes, or Government restrictions.
