All products sold on MobileZone come with official brand warranty unless stated otherwise. Warranty coverage is based on the terms set by the manufacturer.
Customers can claim warranty service at any authorized service centre for the respective brand. MobileZone will guide customers on the process but does not control the final decision regarding repair or replacement.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage or damage caused by unauthorized repairs.
As part of our guarantee and warranty, the company is responsible even in case of any manufacturing defect. You can claim the warranty and guarantee from the company service centre located near you. However, we are committed to providing 100% support to our customers in these situations.
