MobileZone ships to all locations across India. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Since cash on delivery is not available for mobile phones, gadgets and accessories, customers must complete online payment at checkout.

Delivery timelines vary based on location, courier availability and product stock. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by SMS or email. Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect or if deliveries are missed, re-delivery charges may apply.

Some high value items may require additional verification before dispatch.
